Level Up creatures enter the battlefield at Level 0, and have a Level Up ability on them, along with a text box split into three distinct sections, each with their own power and toughness
Casting any spell, regardless of whether or not youre augmenting the casting cost with delve or not, forces you to lose life equal to that spells mana value
Beyond that though we're adding generic Merfolk upgrades (Vodalian Hexcatcher), more ways to play extra lands per turn (Oracle of Mul Daya), some good +1/+1 counter payoffs (Smell Fear), and the remaining good explore payoff (Twists and Turns)

Looking at ten cards and adding three cards from them to your hand is fantastic, and lets you pick out whatever cards you need for any given game state
Brainstorm would be too much, but even if fetchlands were legal, I just do not think it would not have as destructive of an impact as Mana Drain would have
