Alchemy: Aetherdrift featured a number of cards that could've literally been printed in paper with no questions asked (Deviant Skytech, Wish Good Luck), and many Alchemy cards are a word or two away from making perfect sense in paper
We ended up making cards that could get any cosmic card of a certain color and put them in the file at a high enough as-fan that players would have access to them in Limited

A 3/3 isnt so big that recasting this in the late game will actually do anything worthwhile, and it gets too few hits when you can cast it early
