Sure, in the type of decks that want him, Urza probably will want to let that ultimate rip pretty often if you can, but he provides so much long term value that keeping him at high loyalty and just grinding out card advantage with him seems great in some games
As a Commander, this is tough because youll eventually need real card draw to replenish your hand for Inti, but this is a fine value piece, especially for Isshin, Two Heavens as One as your Mardu commander
take on a solid drain trigger and you get one of blacks best aristocrat commanders: Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER
Theres plenty of playable cards, and while you wont likely be able to take on the high-level tournament meta with this product out of the box, theres enough quality cards in here to make some genuinely formidable decks for local-level play like Friday Night Magic at your local game store
