This black artifact allows you to tutor up at the cost of and a wish counter, of which there are three, but your opponent gains control of it next

Furthermore, Technical Machine: Evolution sv4 178 will let us evolve Pokmon faster, while at least one ACE SPEC (like Secret Box TWM 163) would go great in this deck as well

This is a lot of dig in 40 cards and is a solid little development tool that has minimal inclusion costs and minimal risks
