This card works very well in Commander decks that dont let the mana empty from the mana pool, like Kruphix, God of Horizons, or cards that let you untap your permanents, like Seedborn Muse or Wilderness Reclamation

There are a number of reasons to call this massive new set a success, and the most obvious one for someone like myself that doesnt always have time to play TCGs but is perfectly happy filling binders up with shiny cardboard the art

It also does so while being a nice safe high value play even when from behind

The mono-color Partners include Halana, Kessig Ranger and Alena, Kessig Trapper, two women from Innistrad that have previously been mentioned in the flavor text of 12 cards and now get their very own cards
