I tend to lean towards instants, but sorceries like Vindicate, Ravenform or Dreadbore could probably have made the cut
That's just the cherry on top
I think this card is a little weak for a rare, but if we see more cards that reward playing royal types, Grand Duke will easily find a home
But if they didn't take damage then they'll draw two - fine by me
