My conditions for success here are as follows: dominant deck runs 4 copies or 2-3 consistent decks run 2-3 copies and format stays slow enough for a do nothing 4-drop to matter Im also only 75% sure this isnt playable in Modern or Legacy, since funny ways to donate it to opponents might be found

The incredible Lifeblood Hydra is nice and cheap now thanks to the Commander Masters reprint, Voracious Hydra is a flexible card that should see more play anyway, and I could list well over a dozen other Hydras that basically just read: sink mana, get stupid large
