Disney shared that some of these location cards give bonuses when characters visit them, while others provide benefits just by being in play. Our perception of the location cards is that they arent really necessary, and they didnt seem to add much of a benefit
Though this card isn't as plentiful on TCGplayer as you may hope, it usually sells around its market price, give or take a bit depending on how clean the copy in question looks
Like Hallar, Verazol deals with +1/+1 counters and kicked spells, but instead of being cheap to cast and growing in power like Hallar, Verazol wants you to invest mana / counters into it first and then reap some big rewards by spending those counters to copy your kicked spells
I dont know if Ill ever make a meta call this good again
All that said, this is an Adventure creature where youre more likely to want to play the creature before you ever get the adventure A three mana 2/2 with double strike is a card you always play, and this comes with some nice upside in a format with built in Auras in the form of Monster Roles
