What's your take on this artistic choice

For the first two turns, Esper Terra allows the player to copy a non-legendary enchantment they control for a turn, giving it haste if it's a creature and allowing up to three lore counters to be placed on it if it's a saga

And of course, in older formats it gets busted pretty fast
