Ragavan is basically one of the best 1-mana creatures ever printed

The card can still then be played as a land, as it is exiled after the sorcery has been played

His riot ability is very similar to the previous unleash one that Rakdos had before, and could have been virtually printed as a Rakdos ability in this set without anyone blinking an eye as a sort of upgraded unleash

Still, this is a very saucy card that I look forward to playing

Both modal and efficient, playable removal is a massive win
