A lot of these have popped up with the stamps missing or being "semi-stamped." These errors do seem to occur more often than some of the other errors, most likely because this stamp was a later addition to the manufacturing process so it may not be as well-vetted in the process as a whole

They're mechanically identical to the indicated card, meaning you can only play four of them (or one in Commander) in your deck
