the scanner can sometimes struggle to accurately locate heavily underexposed frames with undefined frame edges resulting in misaligned scanning - if this is the instance with your film we will instead scan it on our Noritsu without any film borders and we will issue a refund for the difference in cost

ECN 2 processing is outsourced to a professional cine lab, negatives are scanned in house on our Noritsu HS1800 LS1100. Films are processed in genuine ECN 2 chemistry. Due to the DIY nature of respooled cine film stocks, quality control and standards can vary greatly, please note this can have a direct impact on the results yielded during processing.
