They now work two and a half hectares split across more than twenty parcels on the edge of the Bugey, where the Jura massif meets the Alpine foothills. Grgoire taught himself the cellar, learning from growers he admired rather than from a school. Judi works the vines, draws the labels, and looks after the horse and the sheep that work
