Rosa Solera China made off old Roussillon plotsRosa Solera is the pink counterpart to Hannes and Claudiu's white, and it works the same way: a solera that blends across years, half of every vintage held back as a perpetual reserve so the wine carries no single date. The base is a field of red and white grapes together, Portugieser, Dornfelder, Grauburgunder and Mller Thurgau co fermented with direct pressed Sptburgunder and Muscat, drawn from 2020 onward and topped up each year, including the
