Antinori - Tignanello 2000 During the harvestThe Tignanello is one of the great Italian Supertuscans, produced since the 1970s by the Marchesi Antinori after long winemaking experiments, with the aim of obtaining grapes with greater concentration and softer tannins. Thus was born a Sangiovese aged in barrique and blended with international varieties, such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Tignanello was one of the first Italian Bordeaux blended wines, a precursor of the great Tuscan red
