Light turquoise blue cotton with a painterly blue rose print. Fitted underbust with little pleats for bust fullness and a deep scooped u neck and short sleeve. Natural waist is fitted and has a big bow to the centre front. Subtly dropped waistband over the hips and back from which the skirt falls in neat inchwide pleats. Front of skirt falls in two curtaining box pleats from the bow down.
