These anodized aluminum joiner nipples are designed for splicing together our 57mm (2 1/4") ID silicone coolant and turbo intake hose

The 4-ply reinforcement results in a working pressure rating in excess of 26 psi and a 5mm wall thickness (80mm / 3 1/8" OD)

The 3-ply reinforcement results in a working pressure rating in excess of 60 psi (250 psi burst pressure) and a 4mm wall thickness (27mm / 1 1/16" OD)

The 4-ply reinforcement results in a 5mm wall thickness (73mm / 2 7/8" and 67mm / 2 5/8" OD) and a working pressure rating over 18 psi (92 psi burst pressure)

The fiberglass fabric cover and fiberglass cord are both impregnated and coated with silicone rubber

Four layers of polyester reinforcement and 3 reinforcing rings allow operating pressures of 28 psi (113 psi burst pressure) and temperatures up to 350 F (180 C).
