This one has got to be one of my favorites yet

and most magnificent one that I've ever seen

but this one in particular it was just on a totally different level

I put it away and decided to use what I had to reference a more detailed piece back in the studio

This painting truly captures everything I loved about my childhood

"Almost Dusk" 12x16 Red Barn Landscape Painting Wildlife This one has got to"Almost Dusk" Late winter arrives with a welcoming burst of warm days. The snow begins to melt and the landscape seemingly begins to come more alive. Just before dusk as the sun drags low in the sky, the cold lingers back into the air. There's so much that can be said about scenes like this. Stories can be found in all parts of this painting, however I prefer to leave those specifics to the viewer's imagination.
