We use organic biodynamic lemons. These are hand peeled and infused into our organic vodka spirit for over a month and then cut with a mix of organic raw sugar and our granite filtered spring water. The result is a traditional style limoncello bottled at a higher 35% abv the flavour is clean and bright and full of lemony zest. We love it
