Michel Henri and Franoise Ratte spent twenty six years sending their fruit to the Arbois cooperative before they began bottling for themselves in 2015, and their son Quentin now works alongside them. This is Trousseau from old vines on that site, a grape whose pale colour misleads people into expecting something slight. It is not slight.
