WWI Victory Medal - Officer Canadian Field Artillery - Weldon Graham served in the CanadianWWI Victory Medal named to: LIEUT. C. L. WELDON. Charles Lindsay Weldon was born in Montreal, Quebec and had 3 years previous service with the 3rd Victoria Rifles of Canada. He was working as a salesman when he joined the 97th Siege Battery, CFA. He proceeded overseas and was wounded in May, 1915. He was later commissioned and suffered from Shell Shock.
