An incredible first vintage from Aitor Irazu has all the laser like acidity that's typical of Txakoli, but also a depth of fruit and texture we have never tasted before in wines from the region. Sorkin means sorcerer in Basque and this is indeed a magical cuve: seriously delicious, micro quantity and currently being poured at the best restaurants across Spain.
