The extended time on the lees is what gives this sauvignon blanc a real run for it's money. The richness is somehow balanced with the minerality and its pull of the most expressive ying vs. yang I have ever experienced. Daniel's family has been making wine for more than two centuries in Sancerre, so you can be sure there is a fair amount of heritage and family pride
