RCAF Jacket Crest, Crossed Ensign Flags. Post 1953 durable poly/cotton twill with aRCAF, Jacket Crest, Crossed Flags. Light gray blue felt, with colored thread design. Flag on the left is the RCAF ENSIGN and the one on right CANADIAN ENSIGN. Below is a small oval flash, with word "Mel" on it. Flag crest, 7 1 2" x 4", and the small one 2 1 2" x 1". Both show age dulling, and have been sewn on with some sew on threads remaining. The Canadian Ensign has two splits in the red felt, just to left of the Coat of Arms. I feel the "Mel"
