The beer is the base for Cuvée De Ranke and Kriek De Ranke and has aged at least one year on oak barrels

Crossover Iron Gate 9.2 Furmint (10%)Spontaneously fermented pale wheat beer. Aged 8 months in a single French oak barrel. Refermented on White Bullace plums which had been through a process of cold maceration in the tank for 5 days prior. The beer was on fruit for 4 months before being bottled. We picked these bullaces from a hedgerow in a neighbouring village to the Blendery.
