In terms of draw, it's fine, cast, tap, draw a card, place a burden counter, upkeep place counter draw 2, 3 cards for 4 mana isn't horrible, and obviously if the game goes long you can draw a lot with it, but you need to have some way to slow down the game, and there's just so much really strong card draw in Commander
You have other modality here, but an option that just fireballs an opponent is a convincing way to end some games
Verdant Mastery is my next favorite as you can net four lands for six mana, which is one more than Nissa's Renewal
